CCNP Network Engineer - Managed Service Provider

We are partnered with a leading Global Managed Service Provider specializing in delivering cutting-edge networking solutions to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled CCNP Network Engineer with extensive experience in BGP to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing 3rd line support, managing projects, and excelling in customer management.

This role will also involve collaboration with their security experts to ensure comprehensive network solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support for network infrastructure issues, with a focus on BGP routing protocols.
• Manage and support projects in collaboration with clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
• Engage in proactive customer management, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with security experts to implement comprehensive network security solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• CCNP certification is a must.
• Extensive experience in BGP routing protocols.
• Proficiency in SD-WAN technologies is desirable.
• Strong customer management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience working with technology vendors such as Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
