We are seeking a talented and experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join a dynamic professional services team.
As a Cisco Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining voice solutions comprising of Cisco CUCM & Webex.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Cisco deployments, driving the success of collaboration projects.

Responsibilities
- Deploy, and manage Cisco solutions, including Cisco CUCM & Webex.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure the optimal performance of Cisco Voice environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cisco Voice ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
Experience & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings, Teams, Calling, and Contact Center.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and other related Cisco technologies.
- Proven experience as a Cisco Voice Engineer with a focus on Cisco Webex solutions.
- Cisco Collaboration certifications are preferred.
