Responsibilities
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots complex Citrix infrastructures, including Netscaler
- Independently or collaboratively implements operational project requirements for customers
- Prepares hardware, software, and cloud service offers
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the internal cloud infrastructure
- Provides consultation and presentations to clients regarding customized system solutions
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Assumes sub-project management responsibilities as needed
Experience & Skills
- Possesses experience with MCS and PVS
- Demonstrates familiarity with group policies and optionally WEM (Workspace Environment Management)
- Exhibits a strong knowledge of Citrix on-premise and cloud technologies
- Works independently and takes responsibility
- Functions effectively as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Is willing to travel as required
- Proficient in English
