You'll dive into the heart of Gas-focused civils, preferably in distributions or transmissions, as the dedicated Civils SHEQ Manager.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead data analysis, summarising investigations, and providing insights into performance stats.
- Review management reports, fostering a culture of safety and quality across Gas contracts.
- Collaborate with SGN/Cadent contracts, ensuring on-site presence and excellence in safety practices.
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, along with a company vehicle and an office in Romford with occasional on-site visits in Essex and Kent.

Responsibilities
- SHEQ manager
- Data analysis of what is good and bad – summarising investigations
- Root cause analysis
- RAMS reviews and checks
- Review management reports – tours and engagement with teams
- Working with different depots – Kent & Essex
- Help to build better culture
- Client meetings – engaging and focusing.
- Broken down into number of contracts – monthly performance stats – OT skills / presentations and spreadsheets
- Quality control
- Tool box talks / RAMs reviews
- Onsite presence is important
- SGN / Cadent contracts
Experience & Skills
- More Gas focused civils
- Preferably distributions or GERS or Transmissions
- RAMS reviews
- NEBOSH general or construction
- SHEQ manager 1 year min
- Distribution GAS would be ideal
- Root cause analysis
- Quality control
