Responsibilities 

• Administration & operations 
• Responsibility for operation and life cycle management of client infrastructures and cloud applications (focus on Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Intune)
• Responsible for endpoint management and software deployment
• Creation of software bundles, patch management for Windows and 3rd party applications
• Management of group policies for Windows clients
• Selection/testing of new hardware products
• Optimization of the system landscape (M365, AAD)
• Administration of client security components
• Automation and optimization of reporting and digital workplace processes

Experience & Skills 

• Azure Cloud 
• Microsoft Stack – M365 / AD / Intune 
• Training in the IT sector and relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of current operating systems (Windows 10), Microsoft Office 365, Intune and common application software
• Excellent know-how in the area of IT technologies as well as extensive experience in the area of modern workplace solutions
• Sound PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Expertise in Microsoft AD, AAD, ADFS and hybrid cloud under Azure
• Basic knowledge of Matrix42 Empirum desirable
• Methodical, structured and independent way of working
• Communication skills, confident English and the ability to clearly present technical issues
