We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join us as a Cloud Practice Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 architects & consultants, leading the direction of our Cloud Practice in Italy, and driving business development and account management initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in supporting financial organisations to modernize their current legacy mainframe infrastructure and migrate this to a cloud environment.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of 8 Architects & Consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction of the Cloud Practice in Italy, aligning it with organizational goals and market trends.
- Business Development: Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to ensure the growth of the Cloud Practice.
- Account Management: Take charge of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and exploring avenues for upselling and cross-selling services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in cloud technologies with expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience: 15 to 25 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Nice to Have: Understanding of mainframe systems.
