Construction Project Coordinator - Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Manage crew calendars, hotel logistics, and traffic control coordination for the Operations Department
• Review timecards against Daily Performance Reports for payroll accuracy and job costing
• Import and manage data across Well-Bid, Foundation, and Vitruvi platforms
• Support change order processing, submittals, and project close-out packages
• Attend daily Active Job Report meetings with Department Managers to drive jobs to closure
• Maintain meeting notes, action item logs, and billing status reports

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in utility construction, telecom, or a related environment
• Strong MS Office and Adobe skills
• Solid attention to detail across documentation, data entry, and reporting
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Foundation Software or Vitruvi experience a plus
