Responsibilities 

  • Handle complex services within the contact centre space


Experience & Skills 

  • Must be able to handle Complex Services and be able to handle & manage Technical escalations 
  • Can have any of the following Vendor experience - Cisco / Microsoft / Genesys / NICE / Zoom / Avaya
  • Come from a Contact Centre background – these were the companies / their competitors they mentioned - CYERA / Riverbed / Hammer (desirable)
