Responsibilities:
- Installation and support of desktop systems and audio-visual equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop and AV issues.
- Collaborate with VIP clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in desktop support, specifically with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proficiency in Audio Visual technologies
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with VIP clients.
