As a Desktop Admin - Onsite, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier installation and support services to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring desktop systems to guarantee peak performance and functionality.
- Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, swiftly resolving hardware and software issues.
- Overseeing desktop infrastructure, encompassing both Windows and Mac environments.
- Enforcing robust network security measures, including R&S and Firewalls.
- Managing various hardware peripherals such as laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Seamlessly communicating in both Italian and English, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
- Holding a valid driver's license, enabling flexible onsite support.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in desktop support, coupled with a solid grasp of Windows systems and exposure to Mac environments.
- Familiarity with essential networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
- Proficiency in handling hardware devices such as laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Fluent communication skills in Italian and English, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for convenient onsite support.
