To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working in a Directorship role within IT 
• Extensive experience in IT support management, with a deep understanding of servers, infrastructure, and desktop systems.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an adept understanding of ITIL principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Salary:

• Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £75,000 per annum
