Director of Operations - IT Service and Solutions

We are partnered with an IT Support and Service Provider that are seeking a new Director of Operations for their team.

They offer complete IT services for Los Angeles and Orange County businesses. and like customers to look at them as an extension of their IT departments.  They offer: 

1. The Managed IT Department (unlimited 24/7 support, including Help Desk)
2. Cybersecurity
3. Backup & Disaster Recovery
4. VoIP Phone Systems
5. IT Modernization (Cloud Services, Remote Work Tools, etc.)

Your role and responsibilities include leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize a company’s productivity and performance. 

This highly Senior role will require you to develop long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities: 

• Pre and Post Sales
• Whiteboard sessions, SOW's, BOM's, POC's, consulting client solutions
• Network and Systems design, architecture and deployments 
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers
• Demonstrate product features and capabilities to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for technical information
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions
• Develop and maintain technical product knowledge
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations
• Participate in product and technology evaluations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Assist in the development of product pricing and licensing models
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations
• Assist in the development of customer training materials
