They are currently seeking a dynamic individual with a commercial mindset and a strong background in estimating to join their growing team team. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in operations, contributing to the success of projects ranging from motorway construction to car park development and occasionally small civil works.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough cost analysis and estimating for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Utilising industry-standard software and methodologies to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts.
- Providing support throughout the tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience in estimating within the civil engineering, highways or construction industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- NEC3/4 and or JCT contract experience.
