Join a leading technology solutions provider, and become an integral part of their dynamic team in Krakow, Poland. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer for a 12-month contract position, offering a competitive day rate.
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-ground support, analysis, and resolution of computer issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with laptops, desktops, and hardware components.
- Investigating and resolving issues related to WAN/LAN/WLAN.
- Providing hands-on support for Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
- Managing routing and switching configurations.
- Working with Windows servers and Active Directory.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and hardware components.
- In-depth knowledge of WAN/LAN/WLAN technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with routing and switching configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows servers and Active Directory.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE are a bonus.
Salary:
- 575 PLN - 600 PLN
