Responsibilities 

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand networking requirements
• Design and implement network solutions that align with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
• Perform regular system upgrades and optimizations
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
• Travel to customer sites for installs and support

Experience & Skills 

• Proven experience as a Networking Field Engineer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Industry certifications such as Network+, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
