Hatcher - ISP

We are recruiting for a Hatcher to work for one of London's largest ISP's based within the city centre. 

Following substantial investment and ambitious growth plans for 2024, our client is expanding its team and seeking a talented Hatcher to join them. 

Due to our clients approach to the market they are leading the fibre roll out within the capital and are keen to introduce new talent that can be a part of this success.

Responsibilities:

• Review detailed job packs for the scopes of works
• Work alongside field engineers to create openings in buildings for the installation of fibre cables, ensuring the hatches are completed to a high standard
• Execute multiple openings within buildings daily
• Install hatches and cut and shuts hatches onsite
• Complete all works in a timely manner to a high standard

Skills & Experience:

• Have strong working H&S knowledge and in date training certs in: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and Manual Handling
• Have a background in patch plastering, painting & decorating and/or carpentry
• Good understanding of hidden services such as water, gas, electricity & safety procedures to follow
• You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided
• A qualification in carpentry is desirable
