Responsibilities 

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for network expansion, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver on project milestones
  • Manage end-to-end design, deployment, and maintenance of our alternative network infrastructure
  • Oversee network optimization, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain high availability
  • Implement industry best practices for network security, data privacy, and compliance
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source equipment and resources
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement


Experience & Skills 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in leading engineering teams, preferably in the telecommunications or networking sector
  • Strong technical expertise in alternative network design, deployment, and management
  • Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Outstanding project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
  • Visionary thinking, adaptability, and a passion for innovation


Salary Details 

  • €100,000 - 150,000 fixed salary
