We are partnered with an education technology specialist with a proven track record working with independent schools and colleges to deliver enterprise-grade IT systems, support and knowledge that enable quality, innovation and excellence in education.
We are now seeking an Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to join their team of experts.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to determine the nature of the problems they are encountering, supporting the client through to resolution.
- Escalating complex problems and making users aware of the impact.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Setting up accounts and hardware for new staff.
- Logging and processing support calls.
- Working closely in a team environment to support other team members.
- Recording and documenting solutions
Must Have's:
- Experience with Core Microsoft Products including Active Directory, 365 Exchange, and SharePoint
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
Nice To Haves:
- Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Ubiquity networking products would be beneficial but not essential for the candidate.
Salary:
- €38,000 - €45,000 Basic Per Annum
