They are currently seeking a talented Infrastructure Admin specializing in Virtualization and Wintel to join their dedicated team. As an Infrastructure Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting and administering infrastructure services, contributing to the success of our clients' IT operations and ensuring seamless business continuity.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and administration for infrastructure services, focusing on Virtualization and Wintel environments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of infrastructure systems.
  • Maintain security compliance and adhere to industry best practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support and address urgent issues outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Wintel administration, including experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Strong understanding of Virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance, demonstrating eligibility to work on sensitive government projects.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Service Provider environment, supporting external clients.

Salary & Benefits:
