Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement IP/MPLS network solutions to support both residential and business customers
- Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and quality of service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion projects
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect the network from potential threats
- Perform network capacity planning and optimization to accommodate future growth
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for network improvements
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely resolution of network incidents
Experience & Skills
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing routers, switches, and other network devices
- In-depth knowledge of IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
- Experience with network security and firewall technologies
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA) are a plus
