Responsibilities 

  • Design, configure, and implement IP/MPLS network solutions to support both residential and business customers
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and quality of service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion projects
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect the network from potential threats
  • Perform network capacity planning and optimization to accommodate future growth
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration records
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for network improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely resolution of network incidents


Experience & Skills 

  • Strong expertise in configuring and managing routers, switches, and other network devices
  • In-depth knowledge of IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
  • Experience with network security and firewall technologies
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA) are a plus
