Responsibilities:

• You'll expertly set up, install, and upgrade IT systems for clients, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Act as 1st Line support, addressing technical issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Thoroughly record and document all tasks to maintain a detailed overview of your contributions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other teams within the business to deliver successful projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Full competency with Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory.
• Proven experience in IT Projects and implementation (Hardware, Infrastructure, Virtualisation, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IT Migrations.
• Strong communication skills and a background in customer engagement.

Salary:
