We're looking for a motivated individual to join our client's Service Delivery Team at a charity, at the forefront of armed forces broadcasting and communications. They bring the finest UK TV, sports, and music to the global Forces family, making a positive impact worldwide.
In addition to broadcasting efforts, they proudly provide award-winning military content to all who are interested in the work of the armed forces.
This role is open to recent graduates, college leavers, or individuals with a customer service background. We're more focused on finding someone who is customer-facing and eager to learn, rather than extensive experience. Training will be provided to the right candidate!
- Work alongside a dedicated team of 6 to provide support through the Service Desk.
- Log faults and efficiently troubleshoot customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Azure AD is essential.
- Experience with Mac/Adobe software is advantageous.
- An interest in media is a bonus!
