The position is primarily focused on desktop support, Microsoft servers, and Microsoft Azure technologies. Responsibilities 

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with desktop troubleshooting, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Work closely with global clients to understand and address their IT concerns.
  • Gain exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and contribute to related support tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by the company


Experience & Skills 

  • Passion for IT and a strong desire to pursue a career in technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Basic understanding of desktop support, Microsoft servers, and Microsoft Azure (experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Up to £26,000 basic salary plus £3,000 on-call bonus (on-call duty one week in four).
