Junior Network Engineer - Service Provider

Responsibilities 

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices from various vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Nokia, and Aruba.
• Demonstrate understanding and proficiency in firewall technologies, with a preference for experience with Sophos products.
• Engage with clients to understand their networking requirements, providing solutions, and addressing inquiries with a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and optimize network solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Take advantage of our hybrid work model, allowing you the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Munich office.

Experience & Skills 

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with network routing and switching technologies from any vendor.
• Familiarity with firewall technologies, preferably with experience in Sophos products.
• Fluent in German to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Must be able to work both remotely and in our Munich office.

Salary Details  

• €60,000 +
