L1 NOC Engineer - Telecommunications

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide Level 1 support for VSAT, radio frequency networks, networking, voice, core routing, and firewalls.
• Work 12-hour shifts, following a schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, 2 days on.
• Ensure network stability and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay abreast of industry developments.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

 Qualifications:

• Previous experience in network support, particularly in VSAT, radio frequency networks, networking, voice, core routing, and firewalls.
• Strong understanding of networking principles.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
