They specialize in providing managed IT services, including network design, implementation, and support, as well as other IT solutions such as security and cloud services and serve clients across various industries, including telecommunications, finance, retail, and healthcare.

The company offers a range of services aimed at helping organizations optimize their IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. These services may include network monitoring, maintenance, hardware installation, software support, and cybersecurity solutions.

They operate internationally, with offices and operations in multiple countries around the world. They work with both large enterprises and smaller businesses to meet their IT needs and support their digital transformation initiatives.

They are now expanding their team and looking for multiple Support Technicians across various office locations!

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
  • Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers
  • Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
  •  Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions   taken, through to the final resolution
