As an L2 Systems Engineer you'll be integral to providing top-tier technical support and innovative solutions to our diverse clientele across Australia. Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, swiftly resolving escalated issues with efficiency and precision.
  • Proactively monitor client systems, swiftly identifying and remedying potential issues before they disrupt operations.
  • Collaborate closely with L1 and L3 teams to troubleshoot intricate technical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of systems, configurations, and support protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, cultivating strong client relationships based on trust and reliability.

Skills/Must have:

  • Profound understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, servers, and storage systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative team environment, efficiently managing priorities in a fast-paced MSP setting.
