• Lead and develop a team of B2B lead generation professionals
• Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure efficient lead follow-up
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics for continuous optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in lead generation and team leadership
• Strategic thinker with analytical prowess
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
•  Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; certifications are a bonus
