Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic IT support team based near Hamburg
- Provide effective support for users across the IT environment (2nd / 3rd Level)
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating tickets where necessary
- Installation and Uninstallation projects
- Accurate documentation
Experience & Skills
- IT support experience
- Experience with common operation systems & applications
- Knowledge of ticket systems
- Networking fundamentals
- Willingness for on-call and travel
Salary Details
- Up to €50,000 salary per annum
