Responsibilities:

• Employ Zabbix to monitor the infrastructure, promptly acknowledging alerts and escalating incidents as necessary.
• Ensure the health status of network and security devices, striving for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing tickets within the customer tool, and resolving basic incidents on Network and Security.
• Execute routine tasks on Network and Security components following established procedures and utilizing appropriate tools.
• Elevate complex issues to level 2 and above teams while meticulously updating ITSM tools.
• Deliver regular reports on activities to maintain transparency and accountability.

Skills/Must Have:

• Sound grasp of networking essentials, encompassing Switching (Arista, Cisco) and Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet).
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve basic incidents according to prescribed protocols.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Eagerness to embrace new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
