As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for maintaining the health of their cloud infrastructure and delivering exceptional technical support to valued Managed Service customers. Your role will encompass Level 1 support, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective assistance with their IT needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support to address technical issues and inquiries from Managed Service customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure.
  • Install and configure PC hardware and software technologies to meet client requirements.
  • Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot IT hardware and networking issues efficiently.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Demonstrable 2+ years of experience in a relevant IT-related field.
  • Hands-on experience in installing and configuring PC hardware and software technologies.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting IT hardware and networking challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
