- Act as a Level 3 Engineer, offering guidance and support to resolve complex incidents and problems efficiently.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions.
- Create and replicate incidents/problems in a mockup environment to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution.
- Manage escalations and collaborate closely with vendors' TAC support to expedite issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ITSM tools to ensure comprehensive tracking of incidents and changes.
- Analyze the impact of complex changes and approve/perform changes as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Participate in project initiatives aligned with your area of expertise, providing valuable insights and support.
- Extensive experience and expertise in network and security operations, with a deep understanding of advanced concepts and technologies.
- Proven ability to solve complex incidents and problems efficiently, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong aptitude for root cause analysis, with the ability to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing escalations and collaborating with vendors' TAC support to resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in updating ITSM tools and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Switching technologies, including Arista and Cisco.
- In-depth knowledge of Firewall technologies, such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortinet.
