Responsibilities:

  • Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex network incidents and problems.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Support and optimise HPE Aruba switching estates.
  • Work with Fortinet SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams on network improvements and changes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, not just workarounds.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support secure network operations within regulated and sensitive environments.


Skills / Must Have:

  • CCNP-level skills with a current professional-level certification (essential).
  • Strong enterprise networking background (routing & switching).
  • Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba switching.
  • SD-WAN experience (vendor-agnostic accepted).
  • Ability to operate confidently in a 3rd line support capacity.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).


Nice to Have:

  • Fortinet SD-WAN experience.
  • Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN exposure.
  • Experience supporting large, multi-site network estates.
