As a Microwave Installations Team Lead, you'll oversee and support microwave installation and commissioning activities, both remotely and on-site. Your role will involve fault finding and resolution, equipment configuration, screening, and providing training for products and installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support microwave installation and commissioning activities.
- Perform fault finding and resolution both remotely and on-site.
- Configure microwave equipment prior to field installation.
- Screen microwave equipment returned from the field and check its performance.
- Provide training for products and installation activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar activities for microwave products.
- Familiarity with on-site work.
- Rigging experience.
- Microwave experience.
Salary/Package:
- Base salary: £40,000+ (flexible for the right candidate).
- Company van and fuel card for permanent employees.
- Pension scheme.
- Overnight accommodation and meal allowances for travel.
Location:
- Based in the Liverpool area, with a willingness to travel as required for installations and support.
