We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level IT Technician to join an MSP. As a Mid-Level IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and solutions to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, implementing systems, and ensuring our clients' technology infrastructures operate smoothly.

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Perform network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues and ensure network stability.
  • Proactively monitor client systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades for clients.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of servers, switches, and other network equipment.
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on IT best practices and usage of technology.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients of varying technical levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
