Are you an experienced IT professional with a knack for securing email and navigating the intricacies of Mimecast? Join our MSP client as a Mimecast Security Support expert and be a key player in ensuring the security and reliability of their offshore-hosted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for Mimecast Security solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Mimecast in an offshore-hosted environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in email platforms, including Office 365 and Exchange.
- Implement and maintain email security measures, with a focus on encryption.
Location:
- This role is ideally based in Jersey, but we are open to candidates from Guernsey or the Isle of Man.
Salary Range:
- £28,500 - £47,500
