You will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation), and will work in a high-tech learning environment.
To provide 1st Level Technical Support across a broad range of disciplines that underpin the operation of Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, and hosted markets on behalf of clients.
- You will troubleshoot & support network, infrastructure and application incidents
- You will undertake project work to implement best practice
- You will prioritise resolution of faults and queries across all systems
- Degree or Equivalent Computer science
- Networking experience Cisco or Juniper
- Windows or Linux
- Strong English speaking
- Portugal (Porto) - SHIFTS, mix of days / nights
