They are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Network Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record in new business development within the enterprise network managed services sector. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and drive growth in their network solutions portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized network solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in new business development, preferably in enterprise network-managed services.
  • Demonstrated success in selling Cisco and Meraki networking solutions, including routing and switching (R&S) and wireless solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: £40,000 - £60,000 (Base Salary to be confirmed based on experience)
