Our client is a leading Cisco Gold Partner with a global presence, specializing in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures. As a key player in the industry, they are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions and services.
They are now seeking a contract Network Engineer for an 3/6-month contract.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the entire network infrastructure.
- Work with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage Juniper Networks, with a focus on MX, QFX, SRX, and EX series devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive networking solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, showcasing successful projects and implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Expertise in working with Juniper routers and switches, specifically MX, QFX, SRX, and EX series.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
- communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cisco and Juniper certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS).
- Experience with Nokia networking equipment.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
Day rate:
- £400PD - £450PD
Determination:
- Outside IR35
