• You'll be an all-round infra engineer, handling servers, Windows environments, and network devices.
• You'll provide main network support, primarily using Cisco Meraki and engaging with Fortinet solutions.
• You'll offer technical guidance and support for hyper-v and VMware in larger organizations.
• You'll play a key role in customer service, acting as the primary IT contact for a diverse client base.

Required Skills & Experience:

•  Proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering and support, with a focus on servers, AD OS, and networking.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and Azure, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• A customer-first approach, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service and support.
• Versatility and adaptability, able to manage various IT systems and respond to diverse client needs.
