Network Engineer - IT solutions provider

As a Network Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on network-related matters, recommending optimal solutions, and contributing to the deployment of cutting-edge products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations to clients on network solutions, computer hardware, and software deployment.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional job performance.
• Travel to customer sites for the seamless deployment of products and services.
• Respond promptly to support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate in the development of formal product deployment plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft Certification – MTA required, MCSE preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in IT support.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding multitasking and communication skills.
• Excellent written, grammar, and documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer and network hardware, including switches and routers.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN architecture and best practices in Windows environments.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and VPN.
• Proficient in virtualization, storage, firewalls, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with antivirus solutions, Terminal Services (RDS), SQL, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication skills for client interactions.
• Team player with the ability to thrive under high-pressure situations.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary: 

• Competitive salary of $80,000.
