We are representing a leading Managed Service Provider in the telecommunications sector, who are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the landscape of exciting projects while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working model, with 2 days onsite in Dublin and the rest WFH.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting and testing of modems, necessitating visits to customer Test Lab and data center.
- Perform on-site installation work, including participation in occasional projects.
- Provide technical support by analyzing complex device issues, identifying root causes, and resolving them in accordance with SLAs to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills/Must have:
- CCNA/CCNP Certified (Desirable)
- CPE testing experience
- Networking proficiency (CCNA-level preferred)
- Knowledge of PPPoE, IPoE, TV Unicast/Multicast
- Telecoms network familiarity
- Experience with access technologies like xDSL, FTTH
Salary:
- €250 Per Day - €300 Per Day
