Responsibilities 

• Support and Maintenance of systems, infrastructure and network hardware for customers (router/switches)
• Working with the support team of the help desk and NOC Engineers to do ticketing (L1, L2 and L3)
• Need someone who is early on in their careers and wants to develop and grow their technical skills 

Experience & Skills 

• Help desk support
• Cisco R&S 
• Microsoft server (AD, M365 etc.) 
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+
• VMware

Salary Details  

• Up to $85k
• 10% bonus
