- Support and Maintenance of systems, infrastructure and network hardware for customers (router/switches)
- Working with the support team of the help desk and NOC Engineers to do ticketing (L1, L2 and L3)
- Need someone who is early on in their careers and wants to develop and grow their technical skills
Experience & Skills
- Help desk support
- Cisco R&S
- Microsoft server (AD, M365 etc.)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+
- Up to $85k
- 10% bonus

- Remote but must travel to support customers around Orange County with racking, stacking, cabling etc.
