Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network configuration, provisioning, and monitoring tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automated solutions tailored to our network environment.
- Implement best practices for version control, testing, and documentation of automation code to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure smooth operation of network services.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend automation strategies to improve network operations and reduce manual intervention.
Skills/Must have:
- Cisco Routing/Switching on service provider network
- BGP, MPLS, ISIS, OSPF Experience within a service provider environment
- Ansible/Python Scripting Experience
