Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the IT network team.
- Lead and inspire a team of network professionals, setting clear expectations and performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality network services, meeting or exceeding defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into network performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews of network performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize network efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT network team.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align network strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Network Manager with a focus on meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving performance targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
