Network Operations Engineer - Service Provider

As a Network Operations Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and functionality of our network infrastructure. You'll be at the forefront of addressing complex issues, ensuring smooth operations, and driving proactive measures to enhance network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 escalation support to the Network Operations Center (NOC), resolving network and service issues.
• Investigate network outages, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Update network monitoring systems and generate reports on root cause analysis and chronic issues.
• Maintain technical support documentation, including Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network systems and applications.
• Manage and monitor all network change activities across the organization, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Skills/Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in network operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies.
• Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary
