Responsibilities 

• Lead and mentor a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Manage our ITIL-based service desk, overseeing network monitoring, incident escalations, and troubleshooting
• Implement best practices and processes to optimize service desk operations and enhance the quality of support services provided
• Utilize your deep expertise in Cisco routing and switching, Juniper switching, and other network technologies to guide your team and ensure the seamless operation of our network

Experience & Skills 

• IP or Enterprise Networking experience
• Experience managing a NOC/Service desk
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in network implementation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, both independently and within a team environment
• Experience in Cisco & Juniper Routing/Switching

Salary Details  

• $150,000-$170,000 base salary
