We are partnered with an education technology specialist with a proven track record working with independent schools and colleges to deliver enterprise-grade IT systems, support and knowledge that enable quality, innovation and excellence in education.
We are now seeking a Senior IT Engineer - Network Specialist to join their team of experts.
Responsibilities:
- IT network project implementations, from planning and design through to completion.
- Provide IT network support services to clients, onsite and remotely.
- Assist with internal IT systems and IT projects, including R&D.
- Provide technical expertise for a wide variety of current and new technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and be a point of technical escalation when required to ensure high levels of service are delivered and maintained.
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers and clients to develop proposals that are technically ratified.
Must Haves
- 3+ Years Experience in a similar role
- Cisco R&S
- Ideally wireless experience - can be small-scale Ruckus / Cisco Meraki
Nice to Haves:
- Certs - CCNA / CWNA / Ruckus Networking Certs
- Microsoft Tech: O365 / Windows / AD
- VMware
