We are working with a company that is dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage their network connectivity, vendor supply chains, and overall efficiency with a focus on collaboration, and excellence.
Under the mentorship of a quadruple CCIE-certified CTO, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge network solutions for a diverse range of clients, while also providing crucial support to the network operations team.
You will be working with a Connectivity provider with coverage in 90 countries with 1500 ISPs and over 200 customers.
No two day will look the same as you will be acting as a point of escalation offering 2nd line support as well as working on the roll out of complex network projects

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment of bespoke network solutions for our clients, working closely with the CTO.
- Serve as a 2nd line engineer on network operations, troubleshooting and resolving network issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with 1st line support engineers to address escalated network issues and provide guidance and support.
- Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Configure, install, and maintain network routers and switches to meet client requirements.
- Apply your expertise in networking protocols such as OSPF and BGP to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Create network documentation and configurations.
Skills/Must have:
- CCNA level understanding of network operations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with network routers and switches.
- Knowledge of networking protocols including OSPF and BGP.
- Familiarity with Juniper hardware is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
