Responsibilities:

  • You'll provide first-level onsite, phone, and email technical support.
  • You'll prioritize and triage incidents, escalating as needed.
  • You'll adhere to special instructions and documented processes.
  • You'll work on a shift-based schedule, coordinating with the onsite team daily.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Services, or engineering.
  • Active Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Network engineer or administrator.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and routing & switching terminologies.

Salary:

  • 65ph for first 3 month contract
  • $90,000 once full-time
